I was born in and have been proud to call Lee County my home for my entire life. After leaving the United States Air Force, I have been a successful business owner for over 30 years in SWFL. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Edison State College as well as my General Contractor and Real Estate Broker Licenses. I started Hampton Properties & Consulting in 2001.In addition to being the Owner and Operator of Hampton Properties & Consulting, I have owned investment real estate properties in SWFL for 20 years. Currently, I own several investment properties in Lee County including single and multi- family housing. I have acquired properties for myself and our investors from the open market, auctions, and new construction. Being a successful real estate investor myself helps me better understand our investor’s financial and business goals and concerns as well as provide consultations on property valuation when they decide to buy or sell properties. Having lived and invested in the SWFL market my entire life, I have a unique and valuable perspective on the ups and downs of the SWFL real estate market. Additionally, I have worked with thousands of buyers and renters and understand their goals and needs and how best to fulfill their rental property needs on behalf of our investors and owners. I am a hands-on business owner and real estate investor who enjoys working with both investors and renters.
